This is what your result should look like when finished. I've labeled my layers so you could see how I had everything arranged. You might want to do that to make the next few steps easier.

Turn off all your white letters by clicking on the eyeglasses in the layer pallet, merge visible and save as 1.psp

No more screenshots until we get to animation shop, just follow along carefully.

Undo your merge.

Turn on your first white letter, merge visible and save as 2.psp.

Undo your merge. Turn off your first white letter, turn on your second white letter, merge visible and save as 3.psp.

Undo your merge, turn off your second white letter, turn on your third white letter, merge visible and save as 4.psp.

Undo your merge, turn off your third white letter, turn on your fourth white letter, merge visible and save as 5.psp.

Continue in this manner until you've gone through all the hearts/letters on your tag. I've got 6 hearts on my tag, so I've got 7 separate psp files.

Go to File/Jasc Software Products/Launch Animation Shop. Once in Animation Shop click on the Animation Wizard.

First window, put a check in Same size as the first image frame. Click Next.

Put a check in Transparent. Click next.
