For the next heart, open another 75 x 75 pixel canvas, transparent background. Go to selections, load from disk, and load your heart.sel. (Shown below with a white background and zoomed in for better viewing.)

Flood fill the selection with the dark color of your choice ... you can make your hearts all the same color or various colors like the image at the top of the page. (Hint: Use your paint brush with the same settings you used before but increase the size to 55-70 and click once or twice over the selection).

With the magic wand, same settings, click inside the heart and flood fill with a lighter shade of the same color. While still selected, effects/3D effects/Cutout with the same settings but changing the shadow and fill colors to the colors you're using for this heart. Deselect and save as a .psp file and minimize.

Follow the above steps for as many hearts as you need.

When your hearts are complete, open a new transparent canvas bigger than the size you're going to need. For the one above, I opened a canvas 300 x 200. Go to one of your hearts, Edit/Copy, back to the larger canvas, Edit/Paste as a new layer. Do this until all your hearts are copied to the new canvas. (They'll all be one on top of the other.) Use your mover tool to arrange them in the order you want them. Zoom way in so you can line them up like the image below.

When you have them arranged the way you want them, Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.

With your crop tool, crop to just a little bigger than all the hearts:

If you're using this in a group and your group has size limits, now is the time to resize it to the maximum your group allows.

Set your background color the same as the outline of your first heart, foreground null. Add a new layer. With your text tool, antialias and floating checked, and using the font of your choice (I used Kids, size 18) add the first letter of your message to the first heart. Position it where you want it, but do not deselect. While still selected, add a new layer and flood fill the letter with white. Deselect.

Continue in this manner until you have letters on all your hearts. Make sure you add a new layer for every letter and another new layer for every white flood fill. Make your letters the same color as the outline for each heart.
