While the border is still selected, go to Effects/Texture effects/Mosaic - Glass and use these settings:

Click OK, but do not Deselect.

Go Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel using these settings:

Selections/Select None

Using a background color of black, Images/Add border of 1 pixel.

Add a new layer and make your gold foil your foreground color. Background color null.

Click on your paint brush tool. On your tool option palette, click on the paint brush in the top right corner and select custom.

Scroll until you find the brush that was included in the zip file (pictured below), or use a custom brush of your choice. Click OK.

I used the one provided at these settings:

Making sure your foreground color is the gold foil, left click several times anywhere on your new layer (we'll be moving it) until you are satisfied with the color. Be careful not to move your mouse while you are clicking. I clicked 20 times, you can do more or less .... experiment, but do each experiment on a new layer. When you decide which one you like, delete the other layers.
