OK, back and all refreshed? Good, let's get back to work!

Make your "inside 4" layer active, Layers/Duplicate and duplicate the "inside 4" layer. Rename the copy to "inside 3." Click on your deformation tool, hold down your shift key and draw down on the bottom left corner of the card about as far as you did on the "top 2" layer. Repeat the the top left corner. Release the shift key, and on the node on the left middle of the "inside 3" layer, push it in about 1/4 of the way. Double click in the center of your "deformed layer" to release the deformation tool.

Duplicate your "inside 3" layer and rename the copy to "inside 2." Click on your deformation tool and repeat the last step, but only drawing down a very slight amount, and pushing in on the middle node about 1/3 of the way.

One last time .... duplicate your "inside 2" layer and rename it "inside 1." Click on your deformation tool and repeat the last step again, but this time pull down just a tiny bit or not at all, and push in on the middle node about 1/2 way. Your card will now look like this:

Now is the time you're going to have to decide on your Layer 1 color if you haven't already. Flood fill Layer 1 with your color or pattern of choice.

Save lately? If not, better do it now :-)

With all your layers visible, carefully, using your crop tool, crop around the card until you have only a small border around it.

On your layer palette, turn off all the layers except for "Layer 1" and "top 1" by clicking on the eyeglasses next to the other layers.

Right click on one of your visible layers and Merge/Merge Visible. Save this as "1.psp"

Undo your merge, turn off "top 1," turn on "top 2" and turn on "bottom." Right click on one of your visible layers and Merge/Merge Visible. Save as "2.psp"

Undo your merge, turn off "top 2" and turn on "top 3." Right click on one of your visible layers and Merge/Merge Visible. Save as "3.psp"

Undo your merge, turn off "top 3" and turn on "top 4." Right click on one of your visible layers and Merge/Merge Visible. Save as "4.psp"

Undo your merge, turn off "top 4" and turn on "inside 1." Right click on one of your visible layers and Merge/Merge Visible. Save as "5.psp"

Undo your merge, turn off "inside 1" and turn on "inside 2." Right click on one of your visible layers and Merge/Merge Visible. Save as "6.psp"

Undo your merge, turn off "inside 2" and turn on "inside 3." Right click on one of your visible layers and Merge/Merge Visible. Save as "7.psp"

Undo your merge, turn off "inside 3" and turn on "inside 4." Right click on one of your visible layers and Merge/Merge Visible. Save as "8.psp"

Undo your merge and save.
