With your Magic Wand, click inside the back roof area (marked with a B) and flood fill with color #5 (#A17E59 or a color a little darker than the front roof color). Selections/Float, Effects/3D Effects/Cutout at the same settings, but change the blur to 5. Selections/Select None.

With your Magic Wand, click inside the birdhouse front (marked with a C) and flood fill with color #6 (#DDAFB3). Selections/Float, Effects/3D Effects/Cutout at the following settings:


Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 80, Blur 20, Color #7 (#B83C48)

Do not deselect! Add a new layer and apply another cutout (Effects/3D Effects/Cutout) at following settings:


Vertical & Horizontal 4, Opacity 100, Blur 15, same color

Selections/Select None. On your layer palette, right click on the added layer and choose Merge/Merge Down (PSP 7 Merge Visible).

With your Magic Wand, click inside the birdhouse side (marked with a D) and flood fill with color #8 (#D09298) or a color a little darker than the birdhouse front. Selections/Float, Effects/3D Effects/Cutout at the following settings:


Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 100, Blur 20, same color

Do not deselect! Add a new layer and apply another cutout (Effects/3D Effects/Cutout) at following settings:


Change Vertical to 4, Blur to 10, other settings the same

Selections/Select None. On your layer palette, right click on the added layer and select Merge/Merge Down (PSP 7 Merge Visible).
