My terms are simple and are as follows:

LINKWARE: You may use these sets as linkware on your personal site. No commercial sites please. They may not be used on sites where there is pornography, child pornography, or exploitation of women. There are graphics included with each set to be used to link back to this site. Some of the linkware sets are copyrighted art work and are used with the artist's permission. Those sets must also be linked to the artist's site with the included graphic. You never have to use the title I put on the set, nor do you have to use the page layout I do (although the html is included in the zip file if you wish to). You never have to use all the pieces I display with a set. You never have to set the page up in the same layout I do. The logo MUST be used and linked back. Do not mix the pieces of these sets with any other set. Do not alter the graphics in any way. Altering includes resizing, cutting, mixing and matching with other sets, adding your own 'touch' to an image (changing colors, putting words on images, animating images or adding borders.) You MAY add text to the included blank buttons. These graphics may not be redistributed or given away in ANY form. You may not display my graphics and then offer them as downloads from your site. You may NOT use these graphics as stationery in emails. Do not link directly to the graphics on my site when setting up your web page. This is called bandwidth stealing. It means you are using my web server to display the graphics. I can tell when that happens and I will put another file in its place. I will also be changing the folder names on my site periodically for that reason. Download the zip file and then upload the files you use to your own server.

TUTORIALS: Feel free to use these PSP Tutorials. If you are using them for a PSP learning group, I would appreciate an email to let me know. A link back to the tutorial would also be appreciated. These tutorials are not to be downloaded except for individual use offline. They are not to be posted to any other site or group site. These will eventually be put into e-book form for easier downloading and use offline.

PSP TUBES: My tubes were all made by me, mostly from online tutorials, or from graphics downloaded from newsgroups. They may be downloaded and used without a link back to this site (although one would be appreciated). They may not, however, be freely distributed or added to any collection for sale.
